Jennifer Martin

A bit of background...

Jennifer is a Georgia-native, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Georgia State University (‘08) and a Master of Architecture degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology (‘11). She is an NCIDQ-certified interior designer and a registered architect in the states of Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.

In 2020 Jennifer co-founded Martin Rickles Studio alongside landscape architect and artist, Carley Rickles. MRS is an interdisciplinary Southeast-based art and design studio located in Atlanta. Jennifer is also a member of Side Clay Studio, a ceramics collective in the historic and beloved Cabbagetown neighborhood.

Jennifer has intentionally cultivated a breadth of experience which spans a variety of project types and scales. The commonality is an inquisitive and rigorous approach, where each project’s context is carefully studied and considered. Jennifer especially enjoys the “messiness” of the creative process and collaboration with passionate and caring individuals and communities.
