A traditional luxury hotel on the Atlantic coast required phased renovations to its public spaces in order to provide accessibility for all guests and to brighten and update the existing FF&E. The most recent phase was complete December 2015 and included the lobby, corridors, cafe, and lounge. The next phase will provide similar updates along with a new bar at the existing lounge space. The final phase will provide renovations to the fine dining restaurant and the sports bar (completion is scheduled for December 2016).
